You are a Usenet poster. This web-based board pulls all the posts in from the world, and spits them back out as well.

If you prefer using a newsreader and your news server (if you have one) carries it, or you find a free new server that you like, you can find the group at alt.visa.us.marriage-based.
Or, do as Ray suggests and use the google groups. I don't like that format too well, especially since their recent changes. It also take several hours for posts to replicate back/forth to Usenet if you post via google.

We actually do weed out a lot of Usenet spam or cross posts when the get through, but this group has been very lucky in terms of nasty traffic.. we don't get much at all.
You'll notice that Usenet posters are marked as such on the BE webboard.
