Default Anyone waiting on an I-751 decision from TSC?

Hey all,
I sent in my I-751 to TSC in Oct'03 and I have not got a decision todate.

Is there anyone else who is waiting to hear from TSC on their I-751 receipted around Oct 8' 03? Or should I assume I have been picked for an interview?

Processing time reports for I-751 at TSC are showing Oct 31' 03.

Maybe it's time to get your Congress critter involved? We sent our I-175 off to the TSC in mid-December 03 and got the notice of approval w/o interview in early November 04. Now we're waiting for DH's new 10-year card to arrive.

Thanks for the piece of advice.

I will wait for the next processing report to be issued and I will then contact them. I think I will start with the 1-800 number first, and if the delay continues maybe I can contact the congress people.

Anyone else within the same timeline not heard from them?

We filed at the end of Jan 04. Received letter from TSC that they refer
us to the local office for interview (no word from them yet)

Hi,
When did you receive the letter about transfer to local office?

It is likely my file has also been transfered to the local office, problem is I have not heard from them yet.

Thanks a lot for posting your update.
