We are 60 days into our K3 wait from MSC. My question concerns; my
wife's birth certificate we used for filing was a local version which
says she was born Aug 25th. We got the NSO version and it states Sept
19th is her birthdate! I filed the local version with the K3. Should
we waste our time with a court hearing to correct this or just use her
NSO version and try to explain to them what happened? Any experience
with this Matt? thanks, Mike C

Well, what "was" her actual date of birth then?

From what I understand, the only brith certificates accepted are from NSO.
Local one's are not accepted.
I'm almost 90 days waiting for an approval for my wife's K3. Good luck
