Just wondering if anyone out there living in Kentucky had received a green card and approx how long it took from time of filing paperwork, to interview, etc...

Quite a few regular posters have gone through the AOS procedure in Kentucky. But that was then and this is now. You have no way of knowing if judging their timeline will amount to the same timeline for you.

Please bookmark the USCIS website and check their online timeline for all service centers and district offices. Your best judge of a fictional timeline is there.

Yep. I filed the I-129f for a fiance visa for my hubby in Aug. 2003 through the Texas Service Center. It was approved in early Jan. 2004. He got an interview at the UK embassy in Feb. 2004. We got married in May, and filed his I-485 for Adjustment of Status in June. His I-485 was approved in Jan 2005 at the district office in Louisville.

Be aware everyone's case is different, especially since you didn't specify the route to get a greencard (i.e. fiance, employment-based, etc). And, as Rete pointed out, that was then and this is now.

I filed in Kentucky. It took me 32 months... from the date I filed the AOS paperwork to the interview. Received the GC in the mail about 4 weeks later.
