How come yours is so quick? The RIR processing for Alabama which
is in Atlanta is still June 2002.
Anyway, Is your green card being processed now? Is it true that you
can apply I-140 and I-485 at the same time?

How come yours is so quick? The RIR processing for Alabama which
is in Atlanta is still June 2002.

can apply I-140 and I-485 at the same time?

Well, we applied in Feb 2002, suddenly in August, we got "Intent do Deny"
message from DOL, we replied them back and they approved pretty quickly. We
did not even use a lawyer, because people at DOL are quite
friendly (not like INS at all) and will allow you correct certain mistakes.

Yes, I applied I-140 and I-485, this is long time to wait
