Anyone did any non civil ceremony with K1 fiance Visa b4 entering states?
hi everyone,
am planning to have a wedding dinner only in my country before moving to the states for my civil ceremony. has anyone done this b4?

Yup, very interesting indeed.
One couple from the Urkanine did just did and it turned around and bite them in the arse. The teeth marks are still there almost three years later and they still have not been able to adjust status. All because the DAO wanted proof that the unregistered religious ceremony in the Urkanine was not legal. They are still waiting for the results even after congressional and legal intervention to get a decision.
