Even with my complicated case we heard in less time than that. Funny how I can't even remember my count days anymore.
A... did your case ever get sent to Missouri??
{edit} I just looked at my signature and we waited 100 CALENDER days... and that was with an IBIS hit.

Your USC spouse should be making some inquiries then-128 days for MSC is NOT normal. You now would be as Matt says "overdue". If it was me I would be contacting my elected representative to find out what's going on.

Checked online status on 9/03 and found we had been approved on 9/02.
