zeo,
Which NOA #1? The I-130 or the I-129f?
Either way, I posted the dates for both in my 2nd post in this thread.

kud,
No, she did not ask about "NOA2 approvals". She very specifically asked about K3 visa approvals.

She asked about NOA2 approvals. With an Interview date of 4/5 and a NOA2 date of 4/23 it would have meant IR1.
Now I see you meant the real Visa date not NOA2 is 4/23.

March 10th for NOA1 here.
Haven't heard anything yet. The only way that I know of checking the
processing dates is that BCIS website. The problem with that is that
it was last updated 5/19 and probably won't be updated till 7/19 from
what some folks says. If they were processing 2/6 on 5/19 and it was
a 1:1 ratio (minus weekends) they'd be at 2/17 now... hope they
process faster than that!
Does it matter where you apply from? Or do all the K-3s go to the
NBC... in which case they are all subject to the same load/backlog.

Kevin,
I´ve seen that they update the BCIS website lately every 10 to 13 days or so ...
where have you heard that they won´t update till July 19 ?
that´s 2 months without updating it !
I was hoping to see an update tomorrow or so.
Hopefully it´s just a rumor...
Yes, all the K3 for spouses go to NBC=MSC
And yes, originally they were talking about I-129f approvals, that are becoming endangered species lately.
Anyone from February out there has got a 1-129f approval lately ?
