I'm very new to this NG, and very much appreciate any inputs

I'm US citizen and my husband came here under K1 visa
1. If my income for this year is way above the 125% poverty guide line, but I'm unemployed right now, do I still need a co- sponsor for my husband to be able to AOS?
2. My husband hasn't been working since he came to US, does he still have to file another I864 for himself?
3. Do the sponsor/co-sponsor need to really have the bank letters if their income are way over limit?
4. Do I need to submit adit pictures for me or just for him?
