Check out the nov/dec/jan timeline thread, it will give you an idea of timelines. I would imagine it would be longer than another month for you to hear anything - judging by how slowly things are moving I filed dec 9th, and it certainly doesn't look like I will hear anything before May.

to those of you getting ready for interview in London and preparing the necessary documents.
V quick question. I notice we need proof of sponsors US citizenship. Will a copy of passports (un notarised) be acceptable? I cant see anywhere on the USCIS websote that says it needs to be notarised
My sponsors will be in the US at the time of interview and I wont be able to actually have their passports with me.
Thanks

Hi, do we still need to supply proof of the sponsor's US citizenship if he is the one who files the I-130 petition. I read in the I-864 instructions that this is unnecessary if you the sponsor has filed the petition and supplied this proof with the petition already:
"Proof of U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident status is required for joint and substitute sponsors and for relatives of employment-based immigrants who file this form. Re: Any I-130 DCF September/ October filers ?
I just had a quick look back through this thread for you as I couldnt remember.
I-130 was approved on the 25th Feb, it was received on the 14th October.
So, 4 and a half months to process the I-130.
I have seen some of your other posts and I hate to say it but I dont think you'll be able to take up your offer of employment for end of May.
Not sure if it's possible but you call your new employer and try to explain the situation and see if they'll keep your job open for you?
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that something happens and you make it through on time.
