Hi guys,

I was thinking whether those of you, who go through the wonderful NBC, could post your timelines for your AOS process.

The NBC processing times suggest that they are currently working on I-130 received back in November 2001 and I was just curious to see what your timelines are.

I know that mrsm and tcylinder went through the NBC and got their interviews (they filed in May last year). I filed in June and am still waiting.

I see that the NYC district office is working on I-485 received back in March 2002....while my Denver office is working on I-485 received on Nov. 17, 2003. My NOAs are dated November 18, 2003 that's why I'm curious whether it's my turn now to have the AOS interview.

NYC may be processing I-485's from March 2002, but as Peter pointed out, we filed AOS in NYC in May 2003. The case was transferred to NBC and we have our interview in July.
If Denver really is that fast and they are already processing Nov. 17th 2003 then hopefully you will have news very soon - Good Luck

i filed with denver in september with a notice date from msc for oct. 30. still havent heard anything about an interview.
