So about the household size question that I asked twice today already, I looked at
the instruction for the I-864. It says that household size is determined by
"yourself, all persons related to you by birth, marriage or adoption living in your
residence, your dependents,any immigrants previously sponsored and the intending
immigrant". SO judging by this I would not be included in my brother's household size
and he wouldn't be included in mine, even though we are living under the same roof?
Am I correct in my understanding of this? Are the rules different for the I-134? I
checked the instructions, but I couldn't find the answer.
