Another Quick Aos question

Default Another Quick Aos question
Just filling in the I-765 and on question 16 regarding eligibility shall I put the code in as a spouse or the code as a k1 visa holder? Is the k1 code just valid for 90 days? We got married a couple of weeks ago but I'm just concerned the original visa was a k1 visa?

Your code is (c) (9).

It's the spouse category, not the K-1 category.
