Another question about Advance Parole
hi all-
my wife and I had applied for AP which we got, but did NOT use on our
way back to the US after a trip overseas. we did not use the AP since
my H1 and her H4 visa are valid.
my question is this:
- the AP document says it is valid till dec of 05.
- does this mean i can use this document when and if i have to travel
again?
- or do i need to apply for a new AP document?
Am asking this since I dont want to be in a soup if i need to travel
overseas urgently.

You can use repeatedly. I've done it. Just as long as you don't have an overstay. Although with your current visa's I think you are all set.
