Another Approval
Hi guys,
I just checked the USCIS website, like everyday with no expectation... and there it was!!!!
"This case has been approved. On December 12, 2003, an approval notice was mailed."
I just can't believe it, it was a lot sooner than I expected, only 80 days!!!!!!!
Now we just have to wait for the rest....

Your NOA1 was 09/23/03.
Ours was 9/22/03. And we got approved today too!!
Dutchman's NOA1 is also 9/22. They're gonna be next! I can just FEEL it!!!

Dutch, I am getting sooo excited for you and Kysilver now. Remember to check over the weekend too, some people get approvals then you know. If not, then Monday! It's really close, I can feel it too

How can you find out when the visa leaves the NVS and gets sent to where ever else that it goes and when it reaches the consulate?

Hi!
You will receive a letter from NVC , stating that they already forwarded the approved petition to the consulate with a new legal case number for your reference.
