Is it alright for filing I-130 with AOS for K1 visa?
I entered into the USA with K1 visa. I alredy have the I-129F approval.
But my husband filed AOS with I-130 which I don't need the I-130. Will
it have any problem with timeline or will I have to wait longer than
usual? He filed the AOS with I-130 on August 12. We have not get any
response from BCIS. How long do I have to wait for the receipt?
