all us k3 peeps with the good ole rfe....
ya know if anyone is to ask me about filing a k3 visa,,id have to say
do it another way.its so sad when we all have to be away and we are
married people who are really longing to be with our husbands or
wives..ya know in my opinion all these rfe are way out of control.as
mine was my middle name.how many people sign yur middle name when yu
use yur mastercard or visa?and i cant help the way my husband writes
his first name,,dang sorry if yu cant read .i read where the marriage
certificates (where they want original)now cmon how original can yu
get,are yu supposed to ask when yu file with the courts,,um yea mamm
or sir can yu tell me if this is ORIGINAL or NOT.and as for the 130
b.s. that is crapped up.yu know we all have careers here and if i was
having a bad day,,,i better go home.so maybe this could be the
problem,,,lol there all having bad days so our papers just sit on a
desk till they get all happy again this process is way too long for me

This is EXACTLY why hardly anyone does a K3. Something like a measly 4700 people did in 2002. There are other ways to get your spouse here and those are the ways that most people use. I am not advocating anything illegal but hey, the current system does NOT work. Which is one of the reasons there are so many illegals.
