After approved I-130 in TSC, I need your advise
Hello, everybody~~
I need your advise, let me tell you my situation.
I arrived in the States Aug 25, 2003 with K-3visa and I work in Edna, Texas with work permit card
Last week, I have found my I-130 petition was approved by TSC and I heard in my case, I have two choices, I can file in the states or in my country(KOREA) for my green card.
My question is, if I applied I-485 in TSC how long does it take time to get my interview date?
Some say it will take 24 months, if that is true it would be better to file in Korea.
If somebody have experiences, please let me know.
