Hi, I have a case that I try to sponsor my brother/sister into US under preference
four status. We have waited for 11 years from filing petition to now just received
AOS (Affidavit of Support, not Adjustment of Status) form to file. Does anyone know
how long it would take from AOS sponsor to file AOS to sponsored immigrant to have
permit to immigrate? Another question is that my sister has a son who is going to
be 21 in Sept, can she include her son as minor child if we file AOS before her
son's birthday?

Please help.
