Affidavit of Support - Question No. 10.

Hello folks,
Filling out I-134 (Affidavit of Support) for the in laws. Question No. 10 asks if "I
have submitted visa petitions to the INS on behalf of" any persons. Do any of the
following count for 'Yes' to this question:
1. My spouse applied for H-4 visa at a Consulate in 1997 based on my H-1.
2. 1998 - Renewal of H-4.
3. 1999 - My I-485 (Adjustment of Status) app. included my spouse's AOS app. as well,
as my dependent.
Do I need to enter any/all of these for answer to the above Qn. No. 10? Thanks
everybody.
