Affidavit of Support Question I-864
Hi Folks,
My wife is filing an affidavit of support to going along with my AOS, and we think we have the financial side figured out, but I was wondering if I should include myself on the form.
Both my wife and I are currently working in the US (I'm on a L1) and we only have a household of 2 people, no kids yet! not even a cat
So from our understanding of the 125% rule my wife's salary on its own is enough to support the household above the poverty line, but I was wondering if adding my salary would be of any extra benefit? or is that just over kill?
Also if we don't include my salary would it look odd? because USCIS will know I'm employed because I'm on a L1.

If your wife qualifies on her own income, she should just use her own income.
Including yours is not necessary, and does not look odd.
