I'm the sole employee of my corporation. I get a w-2. Will a letter stating that I am
employed by XYZ Corporation signed by me on company stock be sufficient or will I
need to provide income tax forms?
Thanks in advance.

Which form?
For I-134, you generally don't need w-2 and not 1040's.
For I-865, you generally need 1040. You also need W-2 if the 1040 was
jointly filed.

Thanks for the reply.
I've always considered myself an employee of the corporation, rather than
self-employed. If the business entity was formed as a sole proprietor, then
I would consider myself self-employed.
I guess I'll just include both...
