I am confused. Is the affidavit of support required for the K-1 Visa? I am under the
impression based on the INS website that it is required for individual's trying to
obtain visas for family members. Our I129-F is hopefully being processed. A notice
of action has been recieved.

1. If it is required when do I turn it in or does my fiance' take it with him to his
interview?
2. Would I would I-864 only?

The I-134 is required for the K-1 visa. Your fiance will need it at his interview.

Thanks...this is the one that does not require tax returns am I correct. This one
certainly looks less daunting!

I am trying to work on it so he will have it when the time arrives.
