I know I know, its been asked a million times before and i should have read the threads, but.................. do i need to fill out the I-134 or the I-864 for a London Interview. There are two doccuments relating to support which one do i need to use now, I understood it to be the I-134 for London and the I-864 for AOS, Anyone advise please.

In addition, if the sponsor meets the poverty requirements do they need to attach the 3 years tax returns as well as the proof of earnings ?

It's definately the I-864 if you're married, not sure about fiancee visa.
Yes they still need to produce the 3 year tax returns as well.

At my spousal interview, I took my wifes W2's, her 1040's and her Maryland state tax returns for the 3 years. The guy tossed aside the 1040's and the Maryland stuff saying he only needed the W2's
