Hi guys!
I have a question about form I-864. I will be using my husband's income to immigrate my parents but my husband put a big chunk of money for his pension last year. So on his W2 it says $15 000 for wages which puts us under the minimum. But if we add the $4000 he put aside for his pension we DO have enough. Do I need to look for another financial sponsor or does the INS take in consideration the pension money as a part of anual income? Any answer will be helpful!
