an advice
Dear immigration gurus :
I have a B1B2 visa that don´t allow me to work. I have a job offer and
I dont know what should I do, Can I change my status while being in
Usa or do I have to exit the country and ask the visa on my local
embassy? I only have 2 weeks of legal time here in the states.
I appreciate all help you can give me
Thanks
Frank

Who offered you the job? What is the job? What are your academic
qualifications? Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to get H-1
status....or not...
