I have a query regarding advertisement for RIR based GC processing.
Within how many days after the last advertisement can a employer file
for the labour processing? Is there a particular waiting period or can
the employer file after waiting for a week or 10 days.

My attorney told me to wait for 30 days. Not necassarily right but this is
