Hi all
Date of intended departure? - can i put an estimate date?
Part 7: pls explain how you qualify for an advance parole and what circumstances
warrant issuance................ include copies of any docs you wish
considered.......:
Is it fine to write TEST- "vacation and emergency travel"
Pls help. Thank you.

I always put an estimate date down. I didn't tell them it was an estimate though.
Vacation and emergency travel should be fine. There are only a handful of offices
that actually care about you having firm travel plans (Chicago springs to mind) and
for those you can "fool" them by "planning" a trip over land to Canada or Mexico so
you wouldn't need the airline tickets the office says it likes to see!

We just filed for and received travel docs.....they seemed to really like getting the
wedding invitation that proved that we needed to be in Mexico for our religious
ceremony, so I'm guessing if they want paper, give them paper....letters from
friends, names of hotels, etc.

Now what should a person check in the box in Part part 2 if you are going in on
a K1 Visa??
