Advanced Parole needed if only FBI check is pending?
We had our AOS interview on Sept. 10th, 2004 and are just waiting for the FBI clearance. We are traveling back to the UK in mid Janurary. Do we need to apply for Advaced Parole? It's $165 and it can take up to 150 days to be approved which wouldn't be in time for our trip. With no advanced parole and an exprired K3 visa, what are the chances my husband will be able to return to the US withough hassle? thx.
