Advanced Parole - Arlington?
Hi everyone, I hope someone may be able to give me some advice on AP (especially Andy
Platt as I think he filed AOS in Arlington).
I received my K1 visa from the London embassy and had planned to get married at the
end of August. However, as my father is ill I am concerned how long it will take to
receive AP after filing for AOS. (I will be living in Reston, North Virginia so think
we will file at the Arlington office).
I hope to be able to return to the UK around 5 weeks after filing for AOS and then to
be able to fly back and forward as needed. I have a letter from my GP and from the
hospital consultant - will this help in getting the AP within say 1 month. Any
