Advanced Parole approved, I-140 pending
Is there any potential problem leaving the country when I-140 is pending,
but Advanced Parole approved, and an H1B approval notice in hand as well.

My opinion is that Advanced Parole is given exactly for the reason
that the processing of 140 would take time. If you are outside the
country, and immigration office sends you mail requesting something,
what would you do if you don't know about it?
Are you planning to go outside to get H-1 stamp?
Hope someone with knowldge gives you useful answers.
