Advance Parole
Hi,
Ive been doing some research but I keep getting contradicting advice so I was hoping I could get some help.
Im planning on going back to the UK for a few weeks soon, and wanted to check on the correct procedure and paperwork I need.
To leave and re-enter the USA do I just need my UK passport and my permanent resident card or do I need my AP documents aswell?
Also - this might sound silly - but which immigration line do I use - US citizens or non-us citizens?

If you have your green card and you are only going to be gone for a few weeks, then you only need the card and your passport.

As Rete says, if you are now a PR, you no longer need to use AP.
It depends on the POE. Sometimes they combine the line for USC/PR. Usually there is someone directing people which line to join...you can ask them.
