My wife entered USA on a K-1 visa. Now we are married and we submitted AOS
application couple months ago. Can she apply for Advance Parole now? We
don't have any emergency, we just want to go to Russia to meet my relatives.

No emergency is required for AP.

Yes. Submit it and inlcude a copy of your receipt showing you have filed for AOS.
