My wife entered USA on a K-1 visa. Now we are married and we submitted AOS
application couple months ago. Can she apply for Advance Parole now? We
don't have any emergency, we just want to go to Russia to meet my relatives.
Thank you in advance.

Yes! Actually, the best time to apply for A/P is together with the I-485.
Do note that some USCIS offices are notorious for refusing A/P, even
though there have been several memos from legacy INS headquarters
clarifying that they are supposed to issue A/P just for the asking. These
problems may have cleared up in the meantime; the experience from my
friends in NYC is several years old by now.
