Advance Parole
My fiancee visa expired on 23 June, I married before that date and am just now filling out AOS forms.
I printed something out from a website that said
"if you are adjusting status on a visa that is expired, that is, if the foreign spouse is "out of status", then it is recommended that you do not obtain or use Advance Parole. It is my understanding that use of advance parole in this circumstance may make it more difficult to adjust status.."
Has anyone read anything like this before or experienced any problems with AP when their visa has expired??
