Default Administrative review approval, finally!!

Hi,
I previously posted my story but for a quick recap... I am a Jordanian ophthalmologist who received training in the states. I was there for 7 years on a J1 visa, during which I met and married my wife !
I was subject to the 2 year rule and so had to go back to my home country of Jordan in April 2002 as a waiver was getting exceptionally hard if not impossible with my speciality.
I applied in September 2003 for a B1/B2 visa at the Amman/ Jordan consulate to visit my in-laws for thanksgiving and my visa was put on hold pending administrative review.
We got finally fed up in January and filed the I130 at VSC and the I129f for a K3 visa at NBC.
Today I was notified that I have cleared administrative review and the B1/B2 visa has been granted!! For a total of 5 months processing time. Guess it could have been worse !!
So I am thinking probably not to take any risks and come to the states as I do not want to be denied entry. Will I have to go through administrative review again for the K3 or IV??

Thanks and hold in there for everyone undergoing administrative review.... there is light at the end of the tunnel.
