Default Administrative Review

Does any one ever heard of people getting denied after an administrative review?

Thanks for any input .

Not personally, but I'm sure it happens or what would be the point of
doing the Administrative Review.

Thanks Mike.
I had my interview on May 25th , then was given a piece of paper saying I'm under administrative review . they gave me back my passport and told to wait for their letter .

I'm very depressed right now . My USC husband was with me on our interview even our 3 months old son ( he was born here in Manila ) . Now my husband is flying back to the US w/ our son while I wait for any news from the embassy

I just wanna ask if your wife's passport were given back to her or did the embassy keep it till the visa was granted?

Thank you and God bless

Oh if you are dealing with the Manila embassy I think you have slightly less
to worry about. The are probably just checking with the NSO to see if your
were married before. If that's what they are doing, it takes about 6 to 8
weeks for the results to come back.
