adjustment of status question
Hello,
Is it true that you can change employer 6 months after the green card
pettion is approved while the adjustment of status is still pending,
without losing your greencard of course?
Thanks, ca

Yes, but the rule is actually slightly different: you can change employers
if the I-485 takes at least six months to process. Many lawyers interpret
that as meaning that you can change jobs earlier than after six months.
Also note that this is tied to filing the I-485 rather than the I-140
approval, which can become important if a priority date backlog develops.
Whether it also applies if you file both concurrently is not quite clear.
