Visa gurus, please advise!
If one is going through AOS process and through out time He was in full legal status.
i.e F1 for 4 years, H1 for 3 years etc. Would AOS be subject to denial now because F1
(non immigrant) status was violated 4 years ago (family based petition was filed). Or
was it a violation?
But now is H1 (dual intent).
