Adjustment of Status - Form I-864 Expired

Adjustment of Status - Form I-864 Expired

I am trying to fill my forms for adjustment of status based on family
petition, but the form present at site www.uscis.gov shows an
expiration date of 09/30/2006. We are now past that date. How can I get

the latest form?

If it's on the www.uscis.gov site, it is the most current one available. Just make sure to check the instructions on the website to see if there is anymore more current than what is on the form itself.

Also, take a look to see if the I-864EZ is for you -- if you are using only W-2 income to qualify.
