I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, but as far as I know this is associated with K1 visa and I don't mean to cause any disruption to the forum.

Anyway, I was wondering what people's experiences of the adjustment of status processing time is (especially if in PA).
Specifically, how long the Employment Authorization Document takes to be approved after application.

Are you asking about adjustment of status or obtaining EAD, the two are entirely separate matters handled by different government departments.

FWIW An EAD takes about 60-90 days after you have applied for it. I hear that at the moment it is often nearer to the 60 days than the 90.

About 60 to 90 days for EAD.

About 6 months for AOS.

I've had 3 EADs and two of them, including the one that got approved last week, have been approved right at the 90 day mark.

My EAD and AP were never approved due to a USCIS balls up. AOS took 5 months plus another 2 1/2 months to untangle the mess
