Address on the immigration forms.
I am wondering. My wife and I purchased the marriage visa greencard
package. It includes, I-30, I-31, I-485, I-765, I-864 and the G-325
forms. I came under Visitor visa from canada, after spending some time
with my fiancee at the time (now wife). We got married a month ago,
and now are filling out this package. However since i am under visitor
visa, i cant really be under any lease, until i get a greencard
obviously. So i am wondering, what address would i use for myself when
filling out these forms? The one i am currently staying in (with my
wife), or mine back home (Canada).
To me it would seem more logical to put down the address i am staying
in with my wife. Any where they ask for address from me.
Thoughts?
If not, would anyone know a number i can call to make sure? I wouldnt
want this thing being rejected because of something silly like
address...

If that's the case, you'll use your current address in the USA, since that is where you live now.

I hope you didn't really purchase the "package", they are all free forms to anyone.

Yes i am having an adjustment of status, along side the other forms.
Like my biographic info, my employment authorization/etc. The package
was a step by step guide for filling out all these forms. I am not
going back to canada to fill out these forms.
So you would say fill out any address asked from me using the one i am
staying with my wife? Even though i came in under visitor and i am not
on the lease?
It is where i intend to stay..

Re: Address on the immigration forms.
Also, go to www.uscis.gov, Immigration Forms, and double check your forms. Make sure you have the most current forms, and make sure you look at the current fees on the USCIS website. Keep in mind fees are going up a lot on July 30, 2007.
