ABOUT K3 VISA NEED HELP
i had applyed i129 for my wife and received by missoricity center on 31may2002
and on 24 sept they send me a letter they required two more documents which
already sended to them last week does anyone had any experience on additional
documents required and how long does it take when they receive those
thanks in advance

curious what kind of two more docs they asked....as my 1st noa is May 28,maybe they would send me a ref soon..

My husband lives in US and he applied for my i-130 in april 2001 and k3 visa on 24th May, 2002 but still we waiting for approval, i don't know how long it will take, when did u apply for k3.

they asked me to send them copy of my citizenship proof and copy of my
marrieage cretificate which i sended in the start

To Sarbpreet_812...as I said my K3 started from May 28...my I-130 application also started same time with you,at CSC,now we are waitting NVC forward the case to consulate.how about your I-130 ?
To Bilal1265....you mean they ask the docs you had sent to them ? ...depressed..

i-130 was filed on 24 april but the message on the recording at the texas
center says 500 to 600 days

make sure u send them a copy of the FRONT and BACK of the documents. I think they are real picky about that. My 1st NOA 5/30/2002, 2nd NOA (approval) 9/11/2002. You shouldn't be waiting too much longer.

My k3 was applied on May 24, but still my husband waiting for approval .and i don't know how long i have to wait,if my husband already met congress person but no response. so i don't know how long we have to wait.where ur wife lives.

My husband got first NOC in june 2002 but still he is waiting for second NOC , he already met congress man but no reply ,how long we have to wait.

My husband got second NOA (approval) from missouri, so at last i am going to see my husband oh i am very happy, but my husband called me yesterday and said still my file will go to nabraska because missouri centre just approve the visa and send to NVC and again we have to wait. I don't know when this waiting will end. Do you know how this k3 visa process i mean if my file will go to nabraska or india(delhi where i live).How long all this parocess will take to get my visa.

My k3 finally approved on Oct 24 (1st NOA May 28),as I know it takes about two weeks to consulate...hope so...

But its already two weeks to my approval and still i am waiting for my packet from consulate. No reply yet.

Just look at my timeline... from the time i got approved 9/11/02, until the time the consulate sent out the packet 3.. it took one month.
