Default about Fiance visa...Please Help!

I am a US citizen and applying for my fiance who is out of country. My
question is do i have to submit my fiance's birth certificate with
I-129F?? I see people saying to include it with I-129F....but i havent
seen anywhere in I-129f asking for it... So if they are not asking
then why should i include it?
Can anyone tell me that is it a must?? and where it is written in
I-129F instructions? The only reason i am asking is i have enry thign
else gathered up and i am ready to apply but the birth certificate
copy i have from my fiance is not certified.... so i dont want to
include it unless its absolutely required....

Thanks

It is not written but some include because it does not hurt to be prudent and include for the sake of completeness. Others have received RFEs for not having included it, so to error on the side of caution, include it.

What do you mean your fiancee's BC is not certified. Did she hand write the thing herself? If it was obtained from a government source, it is certified and/or registered which is all that is required.
