Thanks everyone for your kind words. I did not know that I had so many wonderful freinds out there. You have all been a real blessing while going through this process. It is a big country I know, but as soon as Olenka gets here, we nee to all find a way to get together and have that "Big" BBQ

Wonderful news and very cojent synopsis of your journey. Your thoughts on the Consulate were very articulate. I, too, have had very professional dealings with the Cairo Consulate. These employees, by in large, are just trying to keep out the bad apples as is their job. Let us know about your honey's POE experiences. We'll all be anxious to hear about your reunion!!

Congratulations! I too have enjoyed your sense of humor in your postings. Sort of reminds me of the same type of humor exhibited by one of my old news group pals when he was going through the process a couple of years ago. Look up "Grinch" on the group, and you will see what I mean.
