6-8 weeks
I just listened to the automated message system at the NVC. It says to allow 6-8 weeks to review the DS-230 and the I-864.
Does it really take that long? It feels like I will never see my wife again.
I've heard so many contrasting stories. By the way, this is for a I-130, and my embassy is London, UK.
