485 medical records expire after 1 year?

485 medical records expire after 1 year?
I heard from a friend that our medical records expire 365 days after we
submit them with the I-485. Do we have to redo the medical tests again? I
received an interview call from the INS office and they tell us to bring
medical records. Do they mean new ones or just copies of our old ones?
