485/AOS for k3
can any one clarify the following relating to a K3 visa holder preparing to adust status to permanent resident utilizing the I-485 application package in the US ?. Our I-130 petition is still pending with Nebraska.
1. Can we submit a copy of the Notice of action from Nebraska SC as proof of filing I-130 with our 485 package ? Or, is it necessary to submit another I-130 petiton with the seattle INS office ?
2. Does the estimated 8 month wait for AOS from the Seattle office include 130 processing time ?
3. Does it matter if we submit the application package in person in order to speed up processing the EAD and what is the expected time to obtain an EAD from this office ?
Thank you much for clarifying these for us.

Re: 485/AOS for k3
I am at the same stage as you, as far as the I-130 goes.
Item 1: Submit the 1st NOA for the I-130 and the 2nd NOA for the
I-129F with the I-485 package. Also, submit the I-765 at the same
time. Remember that this will require 4 Adit photos. I sent separate
checks to cover each form, just to be safe, and stapled the check to
the front of each form.
Item 2: They are independent actions.
Item 3: In my case, the SF office DOES NOT accept delivery of the
I-485 package in person. Mailing it is the only means of getting it
there. Check your local INS office I-485 procedures through the INS
website.
