Default 30 to 45 days........work days not calendar

Now I know there are many people out there who just can't wait to jump on this post since my application is being processed through Vermont. But here it goes anyway. When it is said 30 to 45 days to process, is that work days or calendar days?

Actually, I'm glad you asked; I have wondered the same thing myself...buuut at the same time, sort of like Mr. Udall says, you pretty much never know, so I just never asked b/c I don't really believe the statistic anyway. It's still nice to know though. Good luck with everything. I hope you get noa2 soon.

Hi:

It sounds like you are talking about the so-called time estimates for processing. Since those estimates are pieces of fiction only -- use either one -- its up to you.

However, when there is a set time limit -- 90 days for a K-1 to marry, eligibitly for an interim EAD after 90 days, 84 days to respond to an RFE -- it is calendar days.
