Default 2nd NOA of I-129f from VSC. Now what?

After 159 looong days, I got the approved status on line. I have not
got the 2nd NOA yet, but it is on the way to my mailbox. Here is my
time line in case someone is interested:

I-129F app mailed on Aug. 10, 2002
1st NOA Aug. 15, 2002. It said case to be processed in '15 to 21 days'
Case approved on Jan. 21, 2003 (according to online status)
VSC
Do-it-myself
Fiancee in Russia

My Katya has already got police report ready. What do we need to do
next? Just wait for package from Moscow Consulate? I hope we won't be
the bottom of the queue this 2nd round. Is there any way to know when
the consulate begin to process our case? Package sent by consulate is
registered mail or regular mail? We worry mail may get lost (It
happened couple times). Any advise and experiences of 'life after 2nd
NOA' and Moscow consulate are appreciated.

I've been getting much useful info and advise in this NG. Thanks. For
folks waiting their 2nd NOA, hangin there. Even we made it through. I
think INS is doing its job except poor public relation.
